LINDA CHEUNG
PROJECT MANAGER & CURATOR
Linda Cheung founded the nonprofit Before It’s Too Late and the Miami Murals project in order to empower students, artists and vulnerable communities to become agents of change on the climate crisis. She previously worked in the renewable energy sector, and she holds an MBA degree rom MIT Sloan and B.S. Economics degree from Wharton.
Sofia Dotta
Art Team Manager & Visual Artist & Photographer
Sofia Dotta, originally from Venezuela, is a multimedia artist and creative based in Miami, FL. She holds a Bachelor in Fine Arts and Art History. Her passion for cultural projects that focus on community engagement and conversation stems from her travels, living experiences and interactions with different cultures around the world.
Amir Santiago

Amir Santiago, known as Muta, is a long time Miami based muralist, fine artist, conservator, sign painter and designer. Muta currently works as a graphic designer, creative consultant and muralist using many of his learned techniques from his continued work in the creative industry and the ever changing street art culture.
Paul Kettlewell

Paul Kettlewell has had a career in visual communication and design consultancy for over 24 years. Having worked with clients such as 3M, Adidas, Carlsberg, Helly Hansen, Greenpeace, Toyota and The UK Ministry of Defence, he has a wealth of experience in all aspects of the creative process. Since moving to Miami, he has become a muralist and street artist exhibiting his pieces in various galleries, including Art Basel Miami for the past 4 years.
Emily Pascual
3D Artist, VR/AR Designer
Emily Pascual is the Head of Growth for Genius Plaza, a bilingual ed-tech social enterprise. As an AR and VR Designer, Emily creates immersive educational experiences. She’s an activist who works with organizations advancing political, social, and economic justice for underrepresented minorities and women. She has worked with policy-driven organizations and nonprofits including UN Women and LATISM (Latinos in Tech Innovation and Social Media.)
Daniel Espinal
3D ARTIST & ANIMATOR, GAME ARTIST
Daniel Espinal is an architect and multimedia technologist based in Dominican Republic with special interest on interactive media, real-time 3D graphics and all sorts of digital immersive experiences. He believe in the power of art as a medium to generate awareness and consequently a change.
Juan Carlos Gallo
AR DEVELOPER
Juan Carlos Gallo is passionate about digital design. It allows him to express his different interests while solving problems using many seemingly disparate tools: programming and aesthetic, technology and feeling, left and right brain. Juan began in the world of programming, and soon his visual mind led him into graphic design, motion graphics, web design, 3D, culminating in its logical synthesis, VR and AR.
Jack Jeworski
PRODUCT STRATEGIST
Jack Jeworski brings to the team a strong background in strategic product development, with experience as a product manager and a director of business development in Silicon Valley. His work as an activist includes journalism, organizing events to promote social justice, and delivering a lecture at Stanford University about alternative energy.
Vinni Hamilton
Musician & Digital Composer
Vinnie Hamilton is a singer, songwriter, producer, and an educator. He teaches music and directs bands at different levels. His production company, Vinni Hamilton Productions, producing music for different artists of various genres. He has also recently launched a masterclass series to continue practical education for professional musicians.
Gabriel Garcia
Musician & ACOUSTIC Composer
Gabriel Garcia graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Music Composition in 2015 from New World School of the Arts. He is a founding member of Compositum Musicae Novae, a Miami-based nonprofit organization dedicated to providing a platform for local artists, poets, dancers and musicians. He also teaches private piano lessons at World Music by Americo Baptista, a music education non-profit organization.
Maria Cuellar
Musician & Bitl Team Member
Maria Cuellar graduated with a Music Business degree from Florida International University. She is a songwriter and has worked for Florida Grand Opera as a performer and for their Marketing and PR department. She has dreamed of someday using her artistic and musical skills to change the world.
Ariana Olivero
Chief of Staff & BITL Team Member
Expected to graduate in May 2018, Ariana Olivero is pursuing her BA in Organizational Communication from Florida International University. Among her engagements, Ariana is the President of FIU’s Social Media Association, which hosts conversations around key issues in society and business as technology transforms the way we connect to each other.
Rashielle Teape
The Ledge Media, Social Media/Event Marketing
As co-founder of The Ledge Media, Rashielle Teape is dedicated to using her skills and passion for writing, graphic design and marketing to tell stories that matter. Having been raised in both Jamaica and Miami, and with most of her career spent working with a non-profit zoological foundation – conservation and environmental issues are especially important to her.
